When I couldn't be there to view homes in person, she offered and made excellent virtual showings (video footage of her going through the home and describing what she sees). It helped me feel confident in putting in an offer before I could see the home in person. At the end of the day, I got the right home and Nilou worked well with the seller's agent to resolve a couple of items and reduce the impact on the pocketbook. She was able to come on a moment's notice to see houses working around our schedules or even to go see houses for us if we were unavailable, and gave very honest feedback at each house we saw rather than trying to talk us into buying anything. When the house we ended up buying came back onto market, Nilou got us out to see it at 7 or 8PM at night to beat everyone else to the punch, and it was a good thing since we ended up choosing it as our new home!
